This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-08-05 10:07 CST with an expected time to resolution of Unknown. The cause of the outage is a suspected network path issue issue in ATT Selective Router. The issue is affecting: 9 1 1 call delivery to the Lawrence County 9 1 1 PSAP (FCC ID 3844). The VPC continue to actively pursue resolution on this issue, but because this outage does not have an ETTR and we are delivering calls to the appropriate PSAP via their 10 digit/i1 route, we will discontinue sending daily notifications. We will follow up to provide a final notice, once we have confirmation this outage is resolved and calls are once again routing to the PSAP via their dedicated i2 route.
