This outage is believed to have begun at 2025-09-18 09:33 CST with an expected time to resolution of Currently unknown. The cause of the outage is currently unknown. The issue is affecting 9 1 1 call delivery to the following PSAPs: FCCID 8435, Amarillo emergency communication, Potter County, TX; FCCID 6643, Hereford Police Department, Deaf Smith County, TX.
